Casting plate tolerance: Tolerance for acrylic products with a thickness of 2mm is ± 0.4mm; Tolerance for acrylic products with a thickness of 3mm is ± 0.5mm; Tolerance for acrylic products with a thickness of 4mm is ± 0.6mm; For acrylic products with a thickness of 5mm The tolerance is ± 0.7mm; the tolerance of acrylic products with a thickness of 6mm is ± 0.8mm; the tolerance of acrylic products with a thickness of 7mm is ± 1mm; the tolerance of acrylic products with a thickness of 10mm or more will be more than ± 2mm. Therefore, as the thickness of acrylic products increases, the tolerances of the cast plate will become larger and larger. The tolerance of the acrylic products of the extruded plate can be controlled within ± 0.1mm, and the acrylic plates have tolerances, which is related to the material. Therefore, if others say that acrylic plates have no tolerance, it is incorrect.
